This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can request cancellations for orders placed on Lordkart.com, and under what conditions cancellations may or may not be approved. Our goal is to ensure fairness while maintaining efficiency in processing and delivering devotional products.
2. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation only before the order is packed or shipped.
2.1 Time Limit for Customer Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be placed within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After 2 hours, the order usually moves to processing, and cancellation may not be possible.

2.3 Conditions Where Cancellation is NOT Allowed
A customer cannot cancel an order if:
- The order is already processed, packed, or shipped.
- The item falls under non-cancellable items (defined below).
- The customer delays the cancellation request beyond the allowed window.
- The order was placed using promotional discounts, coupons, or special festival offers.
Once shipped, no cancellation can be processed.
3. Non-Cancellable Items (Strictly No Cancellation)
Due to sacred, devotional, or personalized nature, the following items cannot be cancelled after order placement, irrespective of order status:
- Pooja Items
- Idols, Murtis, Statues
- Wooden Items (Jhoola, Bed, Basket, Singhasan, Pooja Chowki, Mandir Accessories, etc.)
- Spiritual Books
- Rudraksha
- Gemstones
- Customized or Personalized Products
- Products purchased during sales, special offers, or limited-time promotions
Orders for these items enter processing immediately and cannot be reversed.
4. Cancellation by Lordkart.com
We reserve full rights to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
4.1 Reasons for Website-Level Cancellation
- Product out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment failure or incomplete transaction
- Duplicate orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer history indicates repeated cancellations or fraudulent activity
- Logistics limitations (unable to deliver to the pincode)
4.2 Notification to Customer
If an order is cancelled by us:
- A notification will be sent via email or SMS.
- The amount (if paid) will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
5.1 Eligible Refunds
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5.2 Refund Timeline
Refund processing time:
- 5–7 business days for most payment methods
- Bank or gateway delays are beyond our control
5.3 Non-Refundable Charges

- Updating address after dispatch
- Adding or removing items

During festivals, high-demand periods, and special sales:
- Cancellations may be restricted
- Fast-moving products may enter processing within minutes
- Customer cancellation requests might not be accepted due to operational constraints

- Block accounts showing excessive cancellations
