Affiliate Program Policy

1. About the Affiliate Program

The Lordkart Affiliate Program allows individuals, creators, bloggers, website owners, social media users, and other approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to Lordkart.com using their unique affiliate links or promotional codes.

The program is free to join. No upfront investment, inventory purchase, or membership fee is required.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Lordkart Affiliate Program:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or participate with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.
• You must provide accurate registration and payment information.
• You must use the program only for lawful promotional activities.
• Your website, social media account, channel, page, or promotional platform must not contain illegal, misleading, abusive, offensive, or infringing content.
• Lordkart reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Commission

Commission is calculated on the product/order value after excluding:

• GST and applicable taxes
• Shipping and delivery charges
• COD charges
• Cancelled orders
• Returned or refunded products
• Rejected or failed orders
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Any other amount that is not part of the eligible product value

Commission rates may be changed, suspended, or modified by Lordkart from time to time. Any applicable rate will be determined according to the program terms in effect when the eligible transaction is recorded.

4. When Commission Becomes Eligible

A commission is considered eligible only after the referred order:

1. Is successfully placed through the affiliate's tracking link or approved promotional method.
2. Is accepted and processed by Lordkart.
3. Is successfully delivered to the customer.
4. Is not cancelled, returned, refunded, rejected, or identified as fraudulent.
5. Has passed the applicable return/refund period.

Commissions shown as pending in the affiliate dashboard are not guaranteed until they become approved.

5. Self-Orders

Affiliates may receive commission on their own purchases only when the transaction is genuine and permitted by the affiliate system.

However, Lordkart may reject commissions where an affiliate:

• Creates multiple accounts to earn additional commissions.
• Uses fraudulent or misleading methods.
• Abuses coupons or promotional offers.
• Places orders solely to generate commissions and subsequently cancels or returns them.
• Attempts to manipulate the tracking or commission system.

Lordkart's decision regarding suspicious or abusive transactions will be final.

6. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Each approved affiliate may receive a unique referral link, tracking link, coupon code, or other promotional identifier.

Affiliates must use their assigned promotional links and codes accurately.

Affiliates must not:

• Modify or manipulate tracking links.
• Hide the destination of affiliate links in a misleading manner.
• Use expired or unauthorized coupon codes.
• Claim that an offer is guaranteed when it is not.
• Advertise discounts or commissions that are not officially provided by Lordkart.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Lordkart products honestly and accurately.

You may promote Lordkart through:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• WhatsApp
• Blogs and websites
• Pinterest
• Telegram
• Other legitimate social or digital platforms

When promoting Lordkart, affiliates must provide accurate information about products, prices, discounts, availability, and offers.

Affiliates must not make false claims about Lordkart products, including claims about spiritual, religious, health, healing, or guaranteed personal benefits.

8. Prohibited Promotional Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

8.1 Spam

Affiliates must not send unsolicited bulk messages, emails, SMS, or promotional communications.

8.2 Misleading Advertising

Affiliates must not use misleading statements, fake reviews, false testimonials, fake urgency, or inaccurate claims to generate sales.

8.3 Brand Misuse

Affiliates must not create websites, social media pages, advertisements, or accounts that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Lordkart account.

Do not use names such as:

• Lordkart Official
• Lordkart Customer Care
• Lordkart Support
• Lordkart India Official

unless specifically authorized by Lordkart.

8.4 Paid Search Advertising

Affiliates must not bid on Lordkart's brand name, trademarks, domain names, or close variations in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid search platforms without prior written permission.

8.5 Fake or Forced Orders

Affiliates must not generate orders through:

• Fake accounts
• Fake identities
• Stolen payment methods
• Automated bots
• Click manipulation
• Cookie stuffing
• Forced redirects
• Fake traffic
• Fraudulent transactions

8.6 Trademark and Copyright Misuse

Lordkart logos, product photographs, videos, written content, and other intellectual property may only be used for legitimate promotion of Lordkart and in accordance with any usage guidelines provided by Lordkart.

Affiliates must not modify or misuse Lordkart intellectual property in a way that creates confusion about an official partnership or endorsement.

9. Affiliate Tracking

Affiliate sales are tracked through the affiliate tracking system used by Lordkart.

Commission attribution may depend on the tracking technology, browser settings, cookies, referral links, coupon codes, and other technical factors.

Lordkart cannot guarantee that every visit or transaction will be successfully tracked if tracking technology is blocked, disabled, deleted, interrupted, or otherwise unavailable.

10. Multiple Affiliates and Attribution

Where more than one affiliate may be associated with a customer or transaction, commission attribution will be determined by Lordkart's affiliate tracking system and applicable attribution rules.

Lordkart may investigate transactions where duplicate, conflicting, or suspicious affiliate attribution is detected.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancelled Orders

No commission will be payable on orders that are:

• Cancelled
• Returned
• Refunded
• Rejected
• Fraudulent
• Unpaid
• Failed or otherwise not completed

If a commission has already been credited and the related order is subsequently returned, cancelled, refunded, or found to be invalid, Lordkart may reverse or deduct the corresponding commission from the affiliate's pending or future earnings.

12. Commission Payments

Approved affiliate commissions will be paid to the payment method or bank account registered by the affiliate, subject to the applicable payment process and minimum payout requirements communicated through the affiliate dashboard or program.

Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment and tax information.

Lordkart is not responsible for payment delays caused by:

• Incorrect bank details
• Incorrect account information
• Payment provider issues
• Banking delays
• Regulatory requirements
• Incorrect or incomplete affiliate information

Applicable taxes, TDS, or other statutory deductions may be applied where required by Indian law.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Lordkart may suspend, restrict, or terminate an affiliate account if we believe the affiliate has:

• Violated this policy
• Violated our Terms & Conditions
• Engaged in fraudulent activity
• Generated invalid traffic or transactions
• Misused Lordkart's brand or intellectual property
• Used misleading promotional practices
• Attempted to manipulate commissions
• Engaged in unlawful activities

Upon termination, pending commissions associated with fraudulent, invalid, cancelled, returned, or otherwise disqualified transactions may be withheld or reversed.

14. Affiliate Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional activities and must comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, platform rules, privacy requirements, and disclosure requirements.

Affiliates should clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by applicable law or platform rules.

15. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Lordkart Affiliate Program does not create an employer-employee, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or agency relationship between Lordkart and the affiliate.

Affiliates are independent promotional partners and do not have authority to make commitments, guarantees, representations, or agreements on behalf of Lordkart.

16. Program Changes

Lordkart may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any part of it at any time.

Changes may include:

• Commission rates
• Payment terms
• Eligibility requirements
• Promotional rules
• Tracking methods
• Minimum payout requirements
• Program structure

Affiliates should regularly review this policy and their affiliate dashboard for updates.

17. Limitation of Liability

Lordkart will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost income, technical failures, tracking interruptions, platform outages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee any specific level of income or sales.

Affiliate earnings depend on traffic, customer interest, conversions, product availability, promotional activity, and other factors.

18. Governing Law

This Affiliate Program Policy is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes relating to the Lordkart Affiliate Program will be subject to the applicable courts having jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India.
