What is Lordkart.com's cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by going to the Lordkart section of the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Lordkart.com wallet which you may redeem on your next purchase at Lordkart.com.

Can I modify the shipping address after placing the order?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it by contacting our customer support team at +91-874-499-3398.

I cancelled my order — when will I receive my refund?

If you selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For card or net-banking payments, you will receive a refund in your Lordkart.com wallet or to your bank account within 7–10 days. Please contact customer support if you do not receive the refund.

Returns — General

You can return/exchange your orders on Lordkart.com within 2 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your Lordkart Wallet. If returning due to size mismatch or a defective item, the refund will be provided free of cost.

Exceptions and special rules

The following exceptions and rules apply to this policy:

  • Certain jewelry, ornaments, bangles and some accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Items in this list include: Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings.
  • Wrist-bands: only self-ship returns are allowed (pickup facility not available).

Return conditions

  • All items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact; not broken or tampered with.
  • We do not exchange an item for a different product — refunds are issued to your Lordkart wallet or bank account as applicable.
  • If a purchased item included a free gift/offer, refunds are subject to return of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) shipped with it — refunds may be adjusted up to the MRP of those items until all items are received.
  • If you self-ship returns, pack securely. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will reimburse ₹65 towards shipping costs per order/parcel for self-shipped returns if requirements are met.

How to claim if you have not received the product

  1. Don't accept the shipment if seals are broken or tampered with.
  2. Raise a complaint the same day of delivery at contact@lordkart.com or WhatsApp us at +91-874-499-3398 with your order ID.
  3. If in doubt, take a complete video (start-to-end) of the shipment and send it to contact@lordkart.com or WhatsApp.
  4. Once proof is received, our inspection team will match CCTV footage and finalize the issue within 24–72 hours.
  5. If you are ordering for the first time, keep a video of your shipment to support any claim.

2-day return & exchange policy — How it works

Lordkart.com's 2-day returns and exchange policy lets you return or exchange items purchased for any reason within 2 days of receipt. Please preserve the product's original condition, tags, and packaging. You may try on an item carefully.

Self-Ship Terms & Conditions

  • Pickup: In many locations we offer free pickup — you'll see this option when you submit a return request online.
  • Self-ship: If pickup is not available, you can ship the item back. We will credit ₹49 to your cashback account to partially cover shipping costs in these cases.
  • Self-ship is allowed only for approved return/exchange cases confirmed by Lordkart.

  • The product must be shipped back in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags, labels, accessories and original packaging.

  • Items damaged, used, tampered or missing parts will not be eligible for refund/replacement.

  • Ship the product to the address shared by Lordkart only. Returns sent to any other address may be rejected.

  • You must share the courier receipt / tracking ID with our support team after dispatching the parcel.

  • Use a reliable, trackable courier service. We will not be responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit when shipped by you.

  • Shipping cost for self-ship will be reimbursed only if the return was due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item) and on submission of a valid courier invoice/bill as per our limits.

  • In all other cases (size issue, dislike, ordered by mistake, etc.), the self-ship cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Pack the item securely to avoid transit damage. Poor packaging leading to product damage will make the return ineligible.

  • Return must be shipped within the time window mentioned in your return approval (usually 3–5 days from approval). Late shipments may be rejected.

  • Refund/credit will be initiated only after QC (quality check) of the received product at our facility.

  • If the product fails QC, the same will be sent back to you on your request, and re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Cash-on-delivery returns via courier will not be accepted.

  • Lordkart reserves the right to reject any self-shipped return that does not meet the above conditions.

  • All disputes are subject to the policies & jurisdiction mentioned on Lordkart.com.

After the return is received and passes quality check, we will credit your Lordkart cashback account. If you prefer a bank refund, email the following details from your registered email to contact@lordkart.com:

Note: We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns center. The total refund time depends on courier transit time plus processing.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size (subject to stock and serviceability of your address) with no extra charge. Exchanges are subject to availability — the delivery representative will deliver the new size and pick up the original item simultaneously. For exchanging to a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Products not eligible for return/exchange

Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories and some jewelry are not eligible for exchange/return. Examples include:

  • Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings.
  • Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Bands.
  • Fine jewelry — returns within 2 days only.

How to create a return request

To return a product:

  1. Create a Return Request online by going to the Lordkart section on Lordkart.com and selecting the item you wish to return. Note the Return ID generated at the end of the process.
  2. Use the returns form included with the order or download/print one via your Return ID. If you cannot print, write Order No and Return ID on a sheet of paper and include it.
  3. Either schedule a pickup (if available for your PIN code) or self-ship the item to a delivery center.

Pickup & timelines

If pickup is available for your PIN code, we will pick up the return within 72 hours of placing the request — keep the return packet ready and open for quick pickup. Our staff will do an initial inspection at pickup; a final quality check is carried out at our distribution center.

Self-shipping your return

If pickup is not available, self-ship to the returns center. For self-shipped returns that pass inspection, we will reimburse ₹65 towards shipping costs (subject to policy requirements).
